Hey Avi,

I presume you're talking about the LG LST3510A when you refer to the combo HD tuner and DVD upconverter? I'd be interested in hearing your opinion of the device, and particulary any comments on the thing's ability to send HD signals to non HDCP-compliant displays (such as the Sharp Aquos LC-30HV4U). I seem to recall reading a post that mentioned something to that effect...

Also, am I correct in believing that the LG receives only HD (ASTC) signals, and not standard resolution NTSC signals? If this is the case, how do I go about getting both HD and SD signals (i.e., what other equipment will I need?)

Thanks Avi... I appreciate your advice.
-Daniel
